All vehicles are lift equipped with facilities for wheelchairs as well as ambulatory persons.

If the user is unable to manipulate the controls on the wheelchair, Quinte Access prefers that chairs be switched to manual mode to ensure the safety of the user, the driver, and other passengers upon loading and unloading wheelchairs on service vehicles.

Yes, wheelchairs will be anchored safely and securely. All ambulatory passengers will be requested to wear seat belts at all times. Passengers that refuse these precautions will travel at their own risk and must sign a release form stating this.
