► All trips must be cash only unless prior arrangements are made with the office.
► Have exact fare ready before boarding the vehicles.
► If you require door to door service please advise the office at the time of the booking.
► Wear seat belts ! They are for your safety. If you choose to not wear a seat belt you must sign a form releasing Quinte Access from all responsibility.
► Be ready 10 minutes before scheduled pick up time as vehicles cannot wait.
► Keep your walks, steps, and ramps clear.
► Keep packages to a minimum.
► Do not ask our driver to make unscheduled stops or to perform any duties which could be considered unsafe.
► No animals will be transported on service vehicles except in the case of seeing-eye dogs or special dogs which provide assistance to their disabled owners.
► Verbal abuse of the drivers or the staff will not be tolerated and will result in suspension of use of the service. Any complaints about the service or the staff should be directed to the office and not to the drivers.
► In cases when an appointment may run past scheduled pick up time please notify the office immediatley to arrange an alternate pick-up time.
► An information service will be provided to all potentional users of Quinte Access by telephoning our business office. An information package will be forwarded to all callers.
► When a problem arises with system capacity or vehicle malfunction, an alternate means of transportation will be implemented if possible.
► Any items left behind on the service vehicle must be reported to the office as soon as possible to ensure the safe and speedy return of the item to its owner.
► No food or beverages may be consumed on service vehicles.
► If the vehicle is going to be more than fifteen (15) minutes late for its next pickup as a result of scheduling problems, or vehicle malfunction, Quinte Access will try to notify the customer if possible. If the time delay will be considerable, alternate means of trasnportation or rescheduling maybe necessary.

►The dispatcher will make every attempt to accept reservations for the service but will need to consider the maximum capactiy for the system and the availability of the vehicle suitable to the customer. Please inform the dispatcher at the time of the booking of any physical limitations which are a consideration for use of the service.
