When do I need to cancel a trip ?

What if I have an emergency ?

How do I cancel during the weekend ?

The dispatcher must be informed of cancelled or changed bookings at least one hour before the booked pick up time. Riders not cancelled at least one hour in advance will be charged as having provided service.

No other trips can be accommodated if not previously booked with the office unless in cases of an emergency. Quinte Access does it's utmost to provide service for emergency trips unless the schedule does not permit it or the times are not flexible.

Weekend cancellation messages must be left on answering machines. All calls are monitored.
