Public Transit Extended Hours
Public Transit Pilot Project offers Extended Hours
Trenton, ON– The Quinte West Public Transit System has implemented route extended hours on one of the existing routes. Beginning, Tuesday, November 1, 2011, BUS A will operate as per the Extended Hours Route.
The extended hours will start at 8:00 pm with the first pick up at Store & Old Wooler Road and will end at 9:35 pm with the last stop atTelephone Road(NazareneChurch).
The extended hours will run on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evening and will operate for three (3) months. After the 3-month pilot, the ridership will be evaluated and assessed to determine if these hours will continue.
Route information is posted on the transit buses, at various places throughout town and on our website at www.quinteaccess.org.
