How long will I be in a vehicle ?

What if I'm late for pick-up ?

How will I board a vehicle if I'm in a wheelchair ?

Every attempt will be made to minimize the waiting and on-board time. Vehicle routing will try to ensure that no customer spends longer than an hour on a vehicle. However to accommodate all requests for service the most direct route may not always be possible. Scheduling will be arranged so that actual pick up/drop off times will be within 15 minutes of the reserved times for trips.

The vehicle cannot wait five minutes past the scheduled pick up time. Passengers are asked to be ready ten minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time.

Can I bring an attendant with me ?

 

All of our vehicles are equipped with ramps for easy access. The driver will also safely assist passengers (wheelchair and ambulatory) if required in and out of the service vehicles and to or from an accessible door. If further assistance is required, it is the responsibility of the customer to have an attendant accompany them.

One approved attendant travels free of charge. The dispatcher must be informed of time of booking if an attendant will be accompanying the person.
